Rent a booth


Elsie Bell's rents out square footage to a select number of dealers. (We currently have about 30.) Booth space is available at $3 per sq. ft. (monthly) and shelf space runs $3 per linear foot (monthly) plus 10% of sales. This means, if you sell a $10 item from your booth, you will be paid $9. Elsie Bell's collects sales tax on your items and forwards it to the State. You will receive a check on the 15th of the month for your sales of the previous month (e.g.; January's check will be for December's sales). Even if you are not quite ready to move in, please let us know of your interest as we generally have a waiting list. Elsie Bell's is open 7 days a week except for five major holidays (Christmas, New Year's Day, Easter, July 4th and Thanksgiving). Unlike many antiques malls, Elsie Bell's clerks pride themselves on getting to know what merchandise is in your booth and helping people find it.
