We use our expertise to research and price your items, set them out in almost store-like fashion, advertise your sale, staff your sale and hand you a check when it's over. Depending on the size of the estate, this can usually be accomplished within a few weeks, allowing you to move on with your life. When you sign our contract, you may check a) if you want Elsie Bell's to dispose of all unsold items or b) if you want unsold items to remain on site. Elsie Bell's receives a percentage of the net proceeds for this service.
